Alex graduated in 2019 from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor’s of Architecture. He spent a semester in Rome, presented Net-Zero designs to the Department of Energy, and pursues smaller accomplishments daily as a hobby chef and outdoor adventurer.

Alex joined Delano architecture in Oct. 2020, moving on his own from South Jersey. Much of his childhood, away from school, was spent at his family's Mid-coast Maine retreat. This kindled a reverence for Maine, the natural world and a love of the arts.

His family's DIY attitude encouraged him to learn with his hands.  He is a natural researcher, curious to the bone, and prefers to learn by experimentation. After work, Alex can be found getting his hands dirty while listening to music, hiking, hand-making pasta, biking, photographing the nuance of light and composition in nature, and checking out the locale. Alex is a modern explorer, challenged by being better today than yesterday, energized by deadlines, and fantastically curious.  He volunteers as a gardener on a community plot in Biddeford, where the overflow of the harvest goes to the local food pantry.
