Residential
In the Trees
Location: Sebago Lake, Maine

This is a new waterfront home on the shore of Sebago Lake in Windham. It is one of 3 new homes proposed for a multi-generational family who wants to create a legacy location for their families to share together. The property faces West on a steep, wooded, 7 acre lot. We oriented this house broad-side to the view, just beyond the 100′ shoreland setback. The long, thin layout is designed to maximize the water views and natural light into all spaces. The main living floor is the upper level while the 4 bedrooms and family area are on the bottom level with full daylight access to the water. Decks and a stone patio facing South bleed out from the interior on all levels.

Project Spotlight

The main level of this house is elevated 20′ into the tree canopy overlooking Sebago Lake. Guest Suites and TV room located on ground level under the main living level.
