This urban project in Downtown Biddeford, Maine will include 35 units of modern living space for residents. Inspired by the Biddeford textile warehouses, we are using rugged metal siding and weathered steel cladding at the base level and to define the entry slice that brings light into the core hall of the central corridor. 9′ ceilings, a community space on every other floor and resident roof deck will round out the amenities for the project. Construction to begin in 2027.
