Poke Pop Restaurant Interior

These are renderings of the interiors for a new Poke restaurant in downtown Portland, Maine.  It is a complete interior fit-up on the ground floor of a very narrow historic buidling at 658 Congress Street at the top of the hill in Portland.  The project will seat 30 and offer high quality Hawaiian-Asian food.  The interior finish package will include a vertical-grain bamboo tables, counters, wall and ceiling elements, porelain floor tile, with hidden, indirect lighting and place-making pendant lights.  Restaurant opening is planned for March 2018.
