Design concept: This project was designed, developed, built, and is currently managed by our firm. The design goals were to create (4) distinctive, high quality, naturally-lit condominium units with on-site parking, while maintaining the scale and texture of this walking neighborhood. We purchased the building lot in 2006 after a 100+ year-old 6-unit building burned down. We had one year to purchase the lot, design the project and get it through permitting in order to be able to take advantage of grandfathered zoning conditions. The building sits on a small corner lot in Westbrook, Maine, one block up from the Presumpscot River.
