Old Orchard Lookout

This is an emerging project on the 2 homes off the beach of Old Orchard.  It is an existing, narrow house built with only utility iin mind.  We were commissioned to stabilize the existing structure with L& L Engineering and to develop a third level for enjoyment of waterfront and summertime Old Orchard activity.  This level includes a living space, covered porch and open deck area to allow for more use during the variety of weather Maine throws at us.  The project is in the permitting stage as of January 2022.  Construction to begin in the Spring.
