This project is 40' from the shore of Mousam Lake in Shapleigh, Maine.  The seasonal cabin was expanding by the allowed 30%, weatherizing, the shell reinforced to be used year round, and the interior reworked to make better space for higher quality lake-side living.

This project was published in the first issue of a New England periodical, the Make- Places, Makers, Thoughts, printed in 2017
